Elizabeth Gray, LCSW, LMT
Liz is a dual-licensed massage therapist and clinical social worker specializing in trauma recovery and resilience. She brings a holistic, integrative approach to bodywork, grounded in over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through complex mental health and life challenges.
Trained at the Lancaster School of Massage, Liz offers compassionate, therapeutic touch informed by Swedish massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage. Her sessions are deeply influenced by her psychodynamic training at the Smith College School for Social Work, allowing her to support the body’s natural capacity to release stress, tension, and trauma.
Outside of her massage practice, Liz provides psychotherapy with a focus on evidence-based modalities such as EMDR for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Tobye Wesner, LMT
Tobye supports the sensitive, the seekers, and the brave-hearted—those moving through grief, chronic illness, or deep transitions. Her own healing journey began after a brain condition diagnosis and years of navigating chronic pain and vertigo. Instead of relying only on medication, she turned toward holistic practices, and what unfolded was life-changing—trauma healing, lifestyle shifts, and spiritual inquiry that brought me back into alignment.
Today, as a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive training in sound healing, color therapy, yoga, energy work, and astrology, Tobye guides others in releasing old stories and reconnecting with their soul’s path. Her philosophy is simple: "I’m not here to “fix” you, but to walk beside you with compassion, grounded tools, and deep respect for your process".
Tobye's work is rooted in love, safety, and the belief that true healing begins when you remember your own power.
