Create Balance Wellness Center Policies
Scheduling an appointment a Create Balance means that time is reserved in your name, for you.
Appointment Policy
At the time an appointment is reserved we require a non-refundable deposit for services booked. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your service.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to cancel or change an appointment. We will be happy to make changes to your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice. There will be a 100% charge for no-shows.
There will be no refunds for Colon Hydrotherapy, only wellness center credit will be offered.
We understand that emergencies of unforeseen circumstances may arise throughout the day. In these instances, Create Balance may consider a one-time waiver of fees for less than 24 hours’ notice. However, we kindly request the courtesy of giving us as much advance notice as possible.
Refund policy for Sessions and Prepaid Package
We only provide Create Balance Wellness Center credit; no cash or credit card refund will be given. Sessions and prepaid packages or services must be used within 3 months/90 days of the date of purchase. Unopened products may be exchanged within seven days of purchase. Do to vendor limitation we regret that we cannot exchange any package once opened.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. First time guests should 20 minutes prior to complete paperwork.
Late Arrivals
Guests who arrive late for an appointment may not be guaranteed full treatment time we can only offer the remaining time reserved.
